Text files data mapping GUI - XML

I need a GUI created to take the XML file **[url removed, login to view]** and convert it a tab delimited text file (use the tab titled SW and VG Template) in the [url removed, login to view] file. The GUI needs to work on Windows XP without the need of us having to buy any other software.

The resulting tab delimited file should be called [url removed, login to view]

The format of the text file is in [url removed, login to view] file on the tab titled: **SW and VG Template. Do not modify the first two rows in any way. ** The tab delimited text file will have these two first rows always be the same. See the example tab in the Flat.File.SWVG.xls.

Do the mapping as described in the excel file titled [url removed, login to view] (mapping tab).

What I am looking for is a GUI that will let me click a button or two and the above manipulation will occur and be saved in the target file xsdepot-inventory.txt. I do not want to open multiple files to do this. I want an automated solution that will do this for me. I currently do this type of mapping for another set of files and would be happy to share if need be.

I also want to be able to freely change the parameter of the pricing manipulation that is described on the price tab in the [url removed, login to view] file.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
