PC/104 UART board

**Update -- datasheets in the zip file** I'm looking for a design of a simple PC/104 Uart board to communicate with a Multitech Socketmodem (ttl levels) and also to interface to a Dallas/Maxim 1-Wire bus (ttl levels). If at all possible, the design should utilize standard components (like the 16550A) to ensure maximum driver compatibility with Linux. I/O Ports will be set through the use of jumpers (2-3 choices). Designing the system based off a chip-makers reference design is OK (ex: 16550A), so long as the deliverables are met. We are not looking to connect to the existing com ports as we have other plans for these ports. A PC/104 plus UART design is indeed what we are looking for. ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details. Should a dispute arise and this project go into arbitration "as is", the contract's vagueness might cause it to be interpreted against you, even though you were acting in good-faith. So for your protection, if you are interested in this project, please work-out and document the requirements onsite. 1) Complete fully-functional design, bill of materials including specific manufacturers part numbers, complete drivers or links to open-source drivers. 2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 3) Designer must indicate that he knows of no patents that would limit our ability to distribute the design in a production environment. 4) Design must work when I breadboard it or the designer can breadboard it themselves and ship the prototype to me (my shipping and component expenses). ## Platform ARM7 SBC running Linux 2.4 Kernel More information available on request
