Complete/Create Flash Kiosk

Hello, How are you today? Take a look at: [login to view URL] We have been asked to: 1. Create a CD with a Flash presentation to highlight the proceedings from a conference. 2. Allow people to view the presentation online by connecting to a website. 3. For any given day there are a number of presenters. Each presenter may have an audio clip of his/her paper which was presented, a transcript of the paper and a bio. For an idea of this take a look at: Workshop-->Day 1 and then click on the provided options. 4. There is also additional information-Rationale for holding the conference, Background information, About Us and Help on using the presentation. Task: a) We need to have this presentation completed. The information to be loaded in consists of images, mp3 clips, text documents and MS Word documents. b)Workshop information would be organised by day, so for each day there are a number of presenters, and then for each presenter there may/may not be Audio, Bio and Transcript info. c) Note the image of the people in the bottom right corner. We would want a situation where for each day we would have a different image. d) If you wish to create an entirely new presentation we are willing to consider this. e) Currently everything is embedded within the presentation, including the audio. By dropping the quality of the audio we were able to get the file down to an ok size (310Kb). My concern is that additional audio is added, the size would go up. If you can think of a way of addressing this (streaming, loading in the background) you could mention this in your proposal. However remember that this is mainly a CD presentation, so this only becomes an issue when the presentation is put on the web. f)We will need an image to be printed on the cd label, thinking of an appropriate collage of the images used in the presentation. Feel free to respond with questions/requests for clarifications. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 3)Flash Kiosk that can be run from CD or the Internet, designed according to the specifications listed from a) to f) in the Description. ## Platform 1.
