Music Recorder for flash program and CD Burner

I have a music mixer programmed in flash, and I need it to record the mix produced in an mp3 or equivalent format in hard disk. Please look at the image to see the program we are using as example. Final product will be integrated into flash mixer. PROCEDURE OF CAMPAIGN 1. The mixer will be available at public places and we will invite people to participate. 2. people will play with mixer to produce "music" (30 seconds induction for user) 3. Mixer will start recording music of the user either: 3.1 30 seconds to 1 minute 3.2 Manually (user will be indicated when to start recording) 4. System must record the music to a predefined archive. 5. System must stop recording at predefined time (1 to 2 minutes) 6. System will burn a CD ROM with music and delivered to user (everybody happy) VERSION 1 OF RECORDER 1. Mixer is developed in Flash (already done) 2. Recorder should capture music played from the flash mixer. Records to predefined archive to accelerate the process for users in public places. 3. Controls of the recorder and burner (if you are applying) must be integrated in the flash mixer. 4. CD Burner should burn predefined archive to CD-ROM 5. Controls should be as friendly as possible and easily integrated into flash. VERSION 2 OF THE RECORDER Second recorder lets the user choose the name of his/her archive and location to save. This version will be pre-saved in the CD the user will use it at home. Time controls don't apply here, since user will decide time to start/stop recording and save. CD Burner will not be integrated in this version, since user is supposed to have his own cd burner. For both versions coder must specify controls and procedure to add to flash as necessary. EXTRA. Coder may be asked to integrate flash mixer, recorder and burner. You can bid for the recorder, the CD burner or both. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows98, 2000, XP
