Build a Website

JomSocial is a social networking extension for Joomla. I need to modify JoomSocial to create a paid member Multi-Level Marketing website that uses a unique referral payment plan. I am providing an attached compensation plan diagram. Anyone that signs up with a unique referral identification link should be able to sign up for free under their sponsor but if they haven't paid their sponsor (the person inviting them to join), their profile should not be visible to the rest their specific down-line community. Each sponsor (inviting member) should have their own separate down-line community. Each member that signs up will need to upload a scanned copy of a NDA (non-disclosure agreement) and an independent contractors agreement before their sponsor's info and associated payment information becomes visible to them. (NOTE: Any sponsor should always be able to see their new sign-ups; however, the new sign-ups should not be able to see their sponsor's info without first uploading the NDA and independent contractors agreement. After they have uploaded these agreements, the administrator in the back office (that's me) should be able to unlock their account so that they can see their sponsor's payment information. After the sponsor' info for each new sign-up becomes visible, the newly enrolled member must send payment via UPS, FedEx, or DHL to their sponsor. Once a delivery tracking number is provided by the newly enrolled member (using UPS, FedEx, or DHL) they become a "Fully Paid" member. After the newly enrolled member enters into a "PAID STATUS" they must pass-up each "second sale" to their recruiter. Any JoomSocial references within the code, including any links back to [login to view URL] need to be removed. Each member should be able to see statistics of their up-line "pass-up sales" and the number of people they have signed up. Each member who becomes paid should have their own email (within my domain) automatically set-up and generated. Free members (locked accounts) should be sent several per-formatted auto-responder emails from each fully paid member's generated email. These emails should appear to automatically be sent to them from their sponsor's email from within my domain name. NOTE: If you can't understand the compensation diagram, then this project is not rightly suited for you. DO NOT waist my time by bidding if you cant understand the compensation diagram. This diagram will indicate how the programming should be constructed. This project will most definitely require raw programming. IF you are not an experience programmer familiar with modifying Joomla extensions, then don't bother waiting my time.
