Event Management PHP/MYSQLI (REPOST)

Hi, I will need a PHP/MYSQLi which can do the followings:- • Hosting/ delivery of HTML email invite including RSVP email click link, automated calendar appointment • RSVP management – handing of enquiries, management of RSVP database, management of email RSVP HTML slicing from High resolution image to host on a website and email invites. Another HTML slice for email reminder Work Flow:- Email invites will send from my EDM system (PHPLIST). Invitee click to register. Once successfully registered, a thank you email will be automatically generated and send out. At the same time, calendar will be updated. Registered invitees will be stored in a PHP database. A reminder email will be automatically send out a certain number of days before the event starts. Features:- Invitee can reply to a given email address to make enquiry. Invitee must fill up a PHP form to register. Invitee is still able to deregister 1 week before the event via name, email and phone, matching against the database. I will need ideas and inputs to finalize the whole project. Project must be made compatible with PHP 5 and MYSQL 5 with extension (to the present latest version). Must not be coded with framework. Must use phpmailer within the source codes. There might be an extra image to HTML Thank you
