Joomla Site Updates and CSS Tweaks

I have a joomla site that needs to wrap up extremely quickly. The site is running Joomla 3.2 + Gantry + Rockettheme. I have a dedicated developer working on some specific non-joomla functionality, but I need someone, preferably with Rockettheme experience, to knock out some final tasks. The basic tasks to be completed include: 1. Creation of 2 galleries (one for just pictures, the other will be a quickstop shop with links to 2checkout products) 2. CSS tweaks to align backgrounds, menus, and custom elements. 3. Background image tweaks to line up properly with website elements (may require some image editing) 4. Creation of some basic rollover images in client frames, (already have psd files, just need to create a few new ones, client had us use one mask for all images, then decided it was too repetitive, and wanted to mix up the image frames a bit, pure graphis design and basic html) 5. Menu editing 6. Page cleanup and general look and feel recommendations to clean up modules. I estimate this to be about 8/hrs of work for an experienced designer and need to hire immediately. Would like to get the work completed by next week. Would also like to establish a good working relation with a designer for projects in the pipe.
