Need a master web designer with experience with MLM (multi level marketing) sites, who works quickly

Our current web designer has disappeared off the face of the earth. We were supposed to launch almost a month ago, so this is an urgent project. **If you have experience with multi level marketing sites or affiliate tracking sites, please respond!!** Right now we're using Joomla and OmniStar Etools (for affiliate tracking). What I need: 1. Main site with FLASH capabililty and autoresponder opt-in 2. Page off main site with same capabilites (FLASH and autoresponder) as main site 3. 2 replicated sales pages that are integrated with shopping carts and MLM (multi level marketing) tracking. 4. Affiliate tracking (MLM) back office software/program ** I THINK we are currently using OmniStar Etools. 5. Membership website (with forum, links, FAQ's, videos, media, online live chat - already have the service - etc)This is permission-based and requires integration with payment processor, since it comes with a monthly fee. Experience with MLM software and affiliate tracking is HUGE - if you have this experience please let me know! Also need to be proficient with Graphic Design/Illustrations, or at least have the ability to make everything very professional and appealing.. The sites all need to look extremely professional and be very user-friendly. Obviously since we are so far behind schedule, time is of the essence - BUT - it needs to be done correctly and thoroughly. Ability to link to social networking sites a plus.
