Require redesign of [login to view URL] the design should be most attractive, pleasant, very less weight, easy browsing and should be accommodate to latest technologies like tablet pcs, cellphones, social media buttons, coding work and has international standards. Its Indian site sharing knowledge on Indian traditional house construction techniques for happy and peaceful living. This is a different science which is not most familiar in all countries. Our requirements : 1. Regularly we are updating the time and date, if you have any idea how to change this time only, then you may try with that. 6. The index page should have compulsory " Last Updation " information. When ever we update the page, it should be automatically updated with exact updation time and date, or we may manually update the time and date. 7. The design should have one button at middle left or right side, if we click there that button it should come with many options like : a. Write a review on our website b. Enter your email for newsletter c. Contact us form. d. Invite your friends form etc. 8. Top button should be required, if we press the "top" button then the page should go to top of the page. Instead of "top" letters, you may use one small cute house model, it will be more attractive to our website. 9. If visitor is browsing to the downside then at top one small banner is appears, like in freelancer site (Post project), we don't know the technical name but it should have our some desired links. 10. We require entire source code of the design, so we will modify the same when we require. No conditions on this source code. 11. At present we have 4 flash websites and one local language image link, all should come in grand look with buttons as shown in website bottom 12. Automatic adjustable with any screen resolution settings. 13. Require disclimer space at bottom as shown in the website. 14. Freelancer has to install the index page in website, its his duty and has to fix errors if any found after installation of index page to all sections. We encourage you for good ideas and innovation.
