Customize My Website - connection to users signing up via social media -- 2

Hello guys, I'm aiming for my website to be similar to [login to view URL], [login to view URL] [login to view URL] and other similar websites. Please check those sites before making a bid and only bid on here if you guys can really do the job as I don't want to be wasting time with freelancers claiming to be able to do what they can't. This is going to be an on going job so I need someone who is flexible, easy to get hold of and if possible someone who has a unique way of seeing things as I want my website to hopefully be the next big thing. At the current minute I have a script that does the same job as [login to view URL] ("Message me to see the link to my site."). What I'm looking for is someone that can enhance the already brilliant script that this is. One of the main features that I want for the site is for you guys to enhance the social connection of my website for example: 1. There's a Facebook and Twitter connection which will allow users to sign up using Facebook and Twitter to sign up to my website and then once they have done so they only have to click on either the Facebook or Twitter logo to log in. The only down side is that they don't leave the user logged in via cookie which is something I would like you guys to do in order to enhance the users experience with the website. 2. I would like to be an option to invite users to my website such as once you have logged you can chose to invite them from Facebook, Twitter or email. From Facebook a box will open that will let you select a certain amount of friends per time, if I'm not wrong Facebook limits that amount to 20 friends per time. 3. If possible add more social connections such as [login to view URL] etc.. 4. Facebook share button on each photo, video, article etc posted on the website... - when share it will obviously share the post on the users Facebook wall - if possible add an option where they can share to someone on private message, his or her wall or on a friends Facebook wall. 5. You must be good with CSS and logo and image design as work progress you will be needed to some design work on the site. 6. whenever a post gets put up the extension to it is like [login to view URL] and I would like it to be [login to view URL] as this will improve with seo. Also you need to understand SEO as I want my site to be as SEO efficient as possible. 7. I have a search bar on my website, but its not very dynamic and user friendly so I want it to be changed so that when a user start typing suggestions of pages, videos, articles etc will come up similar to Facebook, based on things posted before using jquery. 8. I need a dynamic FAQ page created where I can add or delete FAQ's from the admincp. I also need a search bar on the FAQ page where users can search for FAQ's vote on whether or not it was useful and let them post comment on the FAQ. 9. I need a job page where users will see the jobs posted by us. they can then go on to apply for it. 10. You will need to be friendly and to be able to adjust things on the go whenever required during the project as something that seams like a good idea now, may not be a good idea after all. 11. There's a mobile plugin that I will be getting for the script within the next week or so of which I will need you to edit it as well to make sure its a s dynamic as possible for the users as I won't be getting a mobile app for the site from the start. 12. I will need you to check the code as you go and edit any bad code, and to fix any hacking flaws that their may be on the website. Anything else will be required for you to do as the project moves on, and its for that reason that I posted the project as hourly basis. Also I can place a deposit today, but payments will be done on Friday's as I have a set amount I can afford on the project weekly. Please only post an offer when you have read the project detail.
