Responsive Wordpress Customisation (WooCommerce)

Hello, I am looking for an accomplished freelancer and Wordpress expert to customise/rebuild a WooCommerce based theme. It is very important that you have expert knowledge in building responsive Wordpress websites. I have a good understanding and years of experience designing for web so I am looking to work with a professional. // WEBSITE DETAILS Existing theme can be seen here - [login to view URL] AND [login to view URL] New layouts and information can be downloaded here - [login to view URL] - Pages required are; > Homepage > Artist Templates - Dali - Miro - Matisse - Picasso - Chargall - Others > Artwork > Blog > Blog Single > Page Template - Header (with responsive menu) - Footer - Website must be built in Wordpress - Must be responsive - Must be cross-brower compatible - You are required to restyle an existing short code - Disable ‘Cart’ function - All website content is dynamic and your code must allow for changes in content. The content I have supplied will change, so absolute minimum of hard-coded content is to be used. - SVG with PNG fallback must be used for new icons - Blog post to include a custom field for text // MENU - Recode a completely new responsive navigation menu using modern standards, and minimal Javascript. This menu must be flexible and integrated into the Wordpress ‘Menu’ system - Menu must match supplied PSD files - For menu styling see PAGE LAYOUTS > HEADER > MENU // FOOTER - New footer to be coded to match supplied PSD files - Footer to include a MailChimp signup - must be styled to match PSD files // CATEGORY - Follow category structure - [login to view URL] // FLEXIBLE - A lot of the text and content is stand-in/mockup text. The site must be built to allow for different content. This means flexible layouts and divs, using auto etc. whenever possible. // TRANSFER - You will be required to provide instruction and provide support for transfer and setup of the installation and related theme files to my server // NDA Please note this project cannot be displayed on public portfolios or supplied as examples of your work to other clients. All work is confidential and will involve a NDA if you are awarded the project. Display of this work will be in breach of this agreement.
