I have a simple Excel file (that requires only 9 fields) that calculates monthly cash flow for any given rental property. The excel file works perfectly, but I need to be able to use the calculator online and from my phone, from my own website. I need a freelancer to turn my excel calculator into a clean, responsive online calculator that I can use on my website online or from my phone. I'm looking for a calculator nearly identical to this (with my own fields and calculations): [login to view URL] I want the calculator to look and function the same as this example.
