php programmer for a growing tutoring site

Project Description: I will break up the issues and what I want done the best that I can: 1. It all starts here: [login to view URL] (and related pages: /[login to view URL], /[login to view URL], /[login to view URL], and /[login to view URL] On each of those FIVE static pages, I'd like to convert ALL links (using the first link on /[login to view URL] as an [example]) from: [Accounting] Tutors Near [Birmingham, Alabama] to: [Accounting] Tutor [Birmingham, AL] 2. I want the 4 pages below to have the same font/size for all of the text links described above as this page does: [login to view URL] /[login to view URL] /[login to view URL] /[login to view URL] /[login to view URL] ------- (1) and (2) above are very quick and straight forward, as the work can be automated once you get the hang of it. Now, the lengthier one: (3)... ------ 3. Okay, all of those many text links on the FIVE sitemap pages above lead to a page like this one (using one of the text links in the list on [login to view URL] as an example: "Biology Tutors Near Austin, Texas"): [login to view URL] Here's what's wrong with the above url: a. it gives the default response: "No matching tutors were found in the area" ---> this is not true. it's not pulling tutors from the database automatically as tutors sign up. Here's how it should look -- do a "find a tutor" search using the 4 search parameters: 78710, high school, biology, either ---> on this page: [login to view URL] --- Boom, lots of tutors in the Austin area! -- and notice the map is there? that's good. b. here's another one where there ARE tutors present, but they're "old tutors" who were there when my friend first did the php for me. Tutors since building this page have NOT been added: [login to view URL] ---> no NEW tutors have been added: all of the tutors you see are OLD tutors that were present when page was built. Important: map isn't showing up??? ALSO, my tutoring directory has (highlighted in blue) *Premiere Tutors* and *Standard Members* so they'll have to be differentiated when "pulling from database" to populate those pages. Lastly, try clicking on the names of one of the tutors ("Algebra Tutors Near Indianapolis, Indiana") --> it needs to take you to that tutor's *Profile Page*, but it doesn't -- need to fix this.. c. On all of the pages that get fixed in the above issues, such as [login to view URL] I'd like the title (using the example here in (c)) of the page to be "Algebra Tutor Indianapolis, IN | WheresMyTutor" I'd like the meta description to be (using example): "Search our tutoring directory to find algebra tutors in Indianapolis, IN who are nearby and ready to help. It's free!" I'd like the meta keywords to be (using examle): "algebra, indianapolis, indianapolis in, algebra tutor indianapolis, tutors, tutoring, find a tutor" --------------- This is exactly what I need done -- I'm online ALL DAY and will answer any messages almost immediately, so this should cut time on your bid's time frame. Addtionionally (explained the best that I can): I'd like to fix my existing [login to view URL] pages you're about to work on. The many, many pages that all of the text links (on the "5 sitemap pages") will direct to. ALSO, and even more important, everytime a NEW tutor signs up and they're zip code and/or city is not represented in the "5 sitemap pages," I'd like to create and add a new page for that city/zip to /[login to view URL] automatically.
