Preference for this project will be given to quality and reliable programmers with reasonable bids. I need a job site that is very similiar to RenoHelpWanted.com. It should not be an exact clone, but should contain all of the functions of that website plus the extra functions that I specified here. Must be user friendly with a very strong admin account. Employers must be able to automatically pay for their ads at the time of posting with a credit card only. Programmer must be able to setup the script for this through our merchant account software. Most of the functions I want for the website are listed below, but a few extra minor functions may be added if I see fit. Programmer must agree to finish these minor additions before receiving payment. Programmer MUST be easy to work with, honest and integrity, has patience and understanding, dependable, knowledgeable and quality focused. Programmer will be paid 100% when project is completed, as states in the terms of this website. Ready to get started soon. ## Deliverables FUNCTIONS AVAILABLE FOR JOB SEEKERS: The following functions shall require no sign-up: -View All Job Listings -View Jobs Listings by Category, Company, Zip Code, or Job Title -Search Jobs by keyword (Company name, job title, description) The following functions shall require a login: -Strong Job Seeker Account Administrator including these functions: -Modify and Delete User Account. -Resume Posting -Resume Builder (Contact Info, Experience Qualifications, etc.) -AutoNotify function to email seekers if jobs get posted that include keywords they are looking for. -An icon on each posting to save a job to a "shopping cart" for later viewing. -Seeker should be able to apply online if employer wants it. -Apply online page will contain general contact info and employer questions. -Apply online page will also contain ability to attach a resume. -Resume can be created real time or can be attached from database. FUNCTIONS AVAILABLE FOR EMPLOYERS: -All functions will require a free signup and employers to login. -Strong Employer Administrator Account to manage all functions and ads. -Should be able to modify and/or delete current ads. -Every company should have a description page on our site. -Company description page will consist of company description, company logo and entire list of job openings posted. POSTING JOBS -Employer Should be able to select number of days ad will run (7, 14, 30, 60, 90) Different charges for longer running ads. -Employer should be able to purchase bulk packages before placing an ad. -There will have to be a credit system if they want to purchase a bulk pack of say 5 ads. -Employer should specify (with the option to ignore some fields): -When the position is available. -Where the job is located (zip code) -The pay (salary, hourly, etc.) -Hours per week (full-time, part-time, weekends, seasonal, etc.) -Minimum Age Required. -Experience Required (H.S. grad, BA, some college, related work experience). -Benefits (Medical, Dental, 401K) -Job Title (255 char) -Job Headline (a catch phrase) -Job Description (unlimited characters) -A category that relates to the job. (May select up to 3) -Contact Information: -Company Name, Number, Fax, Email, Website, Address (grabbed from login info). -Fields to temporarily change contact information for that posting. -Options to toggle on/off any of the contact information. -A "preffered method of contact" field. -Ability for seekers to apply online if employer selects this option. -The employer should select if they want users to attach a resume and should be able to type in a maximum of 10 interview questions. -Payment Information: -List current price of basic ad placement (free if they have previous credits). -Ability to upload company logo onto ad with a fee (fee should be changeable by the admin). -Ability to change the background color of every ad with a fee (fee should be changeable by the admin.) -Ability to color the headline and job title fields for a fee (fee should be changeable by the admin) -Employer MUST pay for ad at time of posting and will be required to enter valid credit card information. Programmer must link this through our merchant software. -Autonotify function to email employers if resumes are posted that include keywords they are looking for. -Every job listing should link to company description page. PLEASE SEE OTHER FILES SECTIONS FOR MORE OF A DESCRIPTION ## Platform I haven't decided if I want to run this on a Linux, Unix, or Windoes NT hosting company. Programmer is welcome to suggest one. Site should be viewable in all versions of IE above say 4.0 and all versions of Netscape above 4.0. It should look good in any resolution (best in 800 x 600 and 1024 x 768). ## Deadline information I am giving a deadline of August 4th to complete this project, but preference will be given to programmers that can complete it in a quicker time period. The most preference will be given to reliable programmers with reasonable bids.
