Web Designer Needed - English 1st Language a plus

Reliable Web Designer Needed that truly knows how to FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS well. Very easy website tasks need that need to be completed: 1. I provide you with website template. You make the adjustments necessary to logo, text, pictures, etc. Must be able to follow instructions properly. 2. Will be responsible for taking text from other websites, inserting it into new website template, placing links, new pics, adsense blocks, and banners. 3. Basic understanding of design and HTML is all that is needed for this job. Most important part is to follow instructions and be able to read and interpret english well. Must be reliable, punctual, meaning get things done on time. This job is for someone who is seeking a reliable, PT position within my company as I get many of these projects a week. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. ## Platform linux
