I have 4 groups of 9 different forms which needed to be prepared by php, using TCPDF component.
For each form, we have some fixed labels, and some input values. So i need 9 different test form pages to fill the input values and see the result as pdf.
I want 9 different functions, getting the parameters and calling a page to prepare the pdf with the parameters inside the URL.
We already prepared 3 different pages, one of them you can see at this link;

just fill the values and see the result as pdf file.
(this example uses POST, please do it with GET. So we can see the parameters inside the URL)
The 9 forms are in attach. Some of them are very very similar to each other, so i can group them like this;
group1: 1, 2,4
group2: 10,11,18
group3: 12
group4: 16,17
I showed the fixed labels in red (its will be black on pdf).
The pdf result should be very similar to the printout of these pages. No tooo accurate mm fixing needed, but the sizes should be approx. as you see on the document.
For all forms, except 10,11 and 18 we have some product lines, and some notes area. In the example documents you will see some lines, this parameter need to be array, it means that the document can exceed one page, it should continue on the next page, but just the footer area have to remain always at bottom of the page.
