Simple Oscommerce template development with minor customizations

I want a simple oscommerce template to be developed for a jewelery store. The template needs to be very simple. In fact some oscommerce features are to be hidden from users. So shopping cart should look very simple. Client needs couple of home page designed in image format for approval. Maximum of 3 versions would be presented to client just for home page. First version may also be approved if he likes it. We need very simple template so not much efforts are required from designer. We just need very good quality of work from coder. Simple means neat and clean. Template will have a simple banner which you can take from existing site. the bottom section of catalog can be on white base with neat and clean buttons and texts. You can also use any free Oscommerce template(with proper license). These two features should be there in the site. 1. We need to create a gift card and a system in the e commerce back hand how to keep a track of the gift cards issued and the gift cards used 2. The price should be in us dollars but if conversion is required then threre should be a drop down box where you have all the other currencties of the world and it should give the current rates(can discuss on this point if difficult for you) Coder should have no problem in doing minor adjustments anytime before project is closed.
