Install Drupal 6, and attorney-video theme w modules

I need a good install of Drupal 6 on my cloud based server. There is no root access. You will need to find a "law, attorney" theme, I will approve. It will help if it has "video" aspect in the theme. The website is about making "mediation videos" for attorney's to get the other party to settle the lawsuit. I will need about 7 to 10 basic pages, I will supply copy. There will need to be a long form "about 20 to 25 fields" is my estimate. Also there will need to be a "quick contact" form. The modules that are important: - good wysiwyg - back up module for database - google analytics - meta data for good site SEO - the other good core modules that are commonly used The site will need to be SEO safe (no ?s in the url of course) I am in no hurry, this can be installed and completed in a month, that would be good. This site MUST LOOK PROFESSIONAL, and classic. must look very clean. I do not expect you to purchase the theme, if we find a good, one, I will pay for it. I expect you to accept escrow through GAF (freelancer) and have a good history of Drupal installations. Customizing the theme (if it doesn't have a drop down menu, you must be able to add one that is Drupal compatible) might be necessary. I will split the escrow into payments if you wish.
