Yourls customized light template and extra code for multilanguage - repost

Please, before bidding I ask you to understand the project and tasks. Don't bid if you don't know what is yourls and how it works ([login to view URL]) We have a working yourls script installation ([login to view URL]) and we want to create a new template cute but light with multi-language interface. We will use also some plugins and want to provide a multi-user log-in access (already existing.) So main tasks will be: 1.- Re-code the phps and design a nice but light template, something similar to bit.ly. 2.- Make a simply multi-language interface with just 3 extra languages, but make it easy to add a new one in the future (detection based on browser language or the included geoip) 3.- Check that plugins can be installed in the hosting panel (hostgator) 4.- Respect old links already existing in the old webpage (use old database) 5.- Re-adapt the multi-user plugin ([login to view URL]) We want something simply, but original. We will take provit of most of the code since there are a lof of plugins and scripts in the internet. Please provide samples of similar jobs. Maximum $250 USD, thanks.
