Add Share Button to Website

On my website I ability to post things such as videos, pictures, posts, etc. When you posts things such as that, I want on the box a button that when click on it, a popup appears and it shows what post you have clicked on and underneath a list of social media websites (their logos) you want to share that post to (as an embed). The list of networks I want to be embedded on are (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+, Tumblr, Reddit, LinkedIn.) Essentially, a share button to be added that shares that specific content of the post you're sharing, whether it's a photo, video, status, etc. Any tools that allow for more than those social networks listed are welcome, as long as they share content to the media networks.
