Building Expense calculator We need a web site –web application for our members In this web application we have 3 types of users Super admin Bulding Admin Tened/ownwer users After filling the registration details and payment of the membership via pay pal the User will log in to the application using user name and password If user has forgotten the user name or the password then the system must do what ever necessary in order to give new user name and password Super admin has the ability to change user name and password of every body and access all details in all buildings and perform corrections and changes. Then after log in he will have to fill up the expenses for the building using appropriate forms , building admins are able to create new expenses apart from those that are provided. We have 2 types of calculations 1 is via square meters and the other type is via calories Then we must have a form to insert expenses I will provide the way that must be calculations Then for each apartment we will have 2 reports for the tenands/owners one general and one detail for each apartment and we must have ability to print and to view in pdf format plus a receipt The web site must have the ability to accept payment via paypal for membership of the memebrs. The web site accept as many buildings as we want Each bulding has one bullding administrator Administrator is the person how fills the expence data in the forms only for that bullding Administrator can create new expense data but these are available only for this bulding. General expence data will be provided by super admin at start of memebership Tenants and owners are users in the system where they can view the list of the expenses but they cannot edits We want to keep records for every month and every fishical year for each building We need to see the location of each the bulging in Google maps and if super admin want so see all buildings the he is able to see them on Google maps with a list at the bottom Also we want to activate and deactivate each bulding We want to have automatic deactivation and a notice send to bulding administrator via e-mail, and 15 days prior the date of deactivation we want to display a window telling to administrator that in .days the system will stop If we want to notify the tenants we will be able to do so Also with the same way if we have a special notice for everybody we must have the ability to type in the system the notice and then to display it to everyone that logs in the system also you must provide a list for each bullding and using a filter of the year and month if user does not fill the filter then we will have to see all year expenses for this bulling Super admin has apart form the year he has the bulding filter also php, linux Server Wordpress for site Construction are aceptable We are waiting for your bid
