Experienced coder/s required for desktop SEO application!

Hello, I'm seeking an experienced coder (or team of coders) to create me a custom SEO desktop application which will run in Windows and Mac operating systems.
The application will have 4 main functions (referred to as modules). These are:
1. Keyword Tracking - will display search engine position of keywords specified by user.
2. Keyword Targeting - will display list of keywords already producing clicks and/or impressions to domain specified by user.
3. Keyword Suggestion - will give a list of keywords based on initially specified keyword by user.
4. Keyword Ideas - will give a list of keywords and available associated domains based on variables specified by user.
It's very important that this program runs efficiently and can complete the necessary tasks as fast as possible. I have no preference on coding language per say, but would imagine something coded in C++ would work best.
I would prefer to work with someone who has completed similar jobs in the past. SEO experience in particular would be a big benefit. I would also need someone who would be willing to support and update the software going forward when needed. Additional payment for these updated services can be arranged.
