Instagram bot needed FAST

Hello i am in need of a Instagram bot ASAP The bot must have the following options - Be able to give any given user any amount of new followers with NO PASSWORD REQUIRED just the username. - Be able to give any given users picture and amount of likes with NO PASSWORD REQUIRED just the username. ^^^^For example, I have 200 followers currently, i need to be able to enter a username and say i want this user to have 1,000 followers and then the bot will get them 800 new followers. - This may be an iPhone app but a computer program will work, i prefer it to work on my MAC but will settle for PC. Im motivated to get this done.
