IEEE based academic project on network /security/ data mining using JAVA

The project is mainly for my final year college project for the Bachelor of Computer Science and Engineering. The project may be of any topic in IEEE papers on Networking/Distributed Computing/ Network Security/ Data Mining. I am interested in IEEE paper, Feb '07, "A semantic web-based approach to knowledge management for grid applications". If you google, you can find the abstract of the paper. Implementation of IEEE 2008 papers on the above topics are also welcome. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 3) The project should be strictly according to Software Engineering Development Methodology and Coding standards of Java and it should contain full documentation (other than comment) that explains every aspect of the project and power point presentation of key concepts and diagrams. 4) Because we need to explain the project in our college, you should explain it clearly in some way (webinar, video/voice chat, etc) 5) The Project should be simple, Clear and moderate size of length, consisting of different modules. 6) The project should be fully console application without using any IDE ; UML diagrams using Rational Rose is added advantage ## Platform Windows 2000 Professional SP4, Windows XP Pro SP2
