donation/crowfunding site needed

Please read the whole proposal before submitting bids Overview: Startup Company is looking for a web programmer with extensive knowledge in php, html, css, amazon/paypal integration, SEO/web analytics, and website security. Programmer must be based in the United States, preferably New York. The project is to create a niche donation/crowdfunding platform similar to Kickstarter. In addition, I am looking for someone to manage the day to day maintenance of the site. Programmer must be able to submit a portfolio, resume and reachable references of past projects that demonstrate skills. Please no bids for premade scripts Project payment terms: $1000 fixed price Again to restate the requirements for the project, they are: 1. Experience in php, html, css, amazon/paypal integration, SEO/web analytics, and website security. 2. Based in the United States 3. Be able to submit a portfolio, resume and references 4. Willing to accept payment arrangements (specific numbers are negotiable) Please do not respond to this proposal if you do not meet the requirements above. I am not looking for a website clone; instead I am looking for someone that can create a customizable platform from scratch using the programming languages mentioned above. The reference to Kickstarter is only used in the ad to provide a site similar to the project. We expect to begin development of the site in early September. After choosing a programmer to work with and before programming begins, we plan to use protoshare (at our cost) to create a mock up of the site.
