E-Commerce Magento Site Update

Payment will be made upon Completion of the Site, there will be no down payment of milestone given to start. We are looking for a web/e-commerce designer that knows what they are doing and can update our site, or new site build. I do like the home page of [login to view URL] and [login to view URL], I really like the community part on [login to view URL], customers tell us how the sale went or what they think of us. The whole home page is neat, organized, and professional. Our current site, looks to crowded and check out process needs to be quicker. We currently have a E-Commerce Site up, that uses Magento. The site is kind of slow, so need to find away to make it faster. Home Page can use some clean up, looks to crowded and Customer Care Number needs to be updated. Maybe in the blue header have customer care number and Next to the have Wireless Accessories Ebook Accessories Tablet Accessories and so forth. Not getting traffic to the site, from what I have been told the site is mobile ready and not set up to get traffic. So need that fixed. Accessory Finder needs to be setup in a different way, right now the accessory finder is not working how it should. Now when you add a product, you have to put where it goes in Accessory finder, shouldn't do this because some products go in multiple areas. Like a Micro USB Charger works on tons of phones. So accessory finder, should go by the Manufacture like Apple Blackberry Casio and so forth then next would be the model. So if I choose Apple then all apple products get shown. Then if I choose iPhone 5 then all Sub Categories show in box 3 like Cases, Chargers, and whatever is listed in Sub Category Section. On homepage Welcome to RynoWireless on top needs to be take out, and the blog needs to be set up and look right. We use Zopim for our online chat, the box isn't working for us be nice if you could have it on the top right of the page now follow you or just be there. Our Facebook and Twitter Link doesn't work and needs to work On the Homepage we have a flash player but goes to fast, maybe have it change every 30 seconds or something. Be nice to have set up where users on a mobile device can view the site on mobile sit or regular site Some Customers say it takes over 6 clicks to check out which is to many and the site looks to crowded so thinking. Accept above Top Brands Was our Accessory finder Close Out Deals and Daily Deals Needs to be put in. We have alot of promotions we do sometimes buy 1get 1 free but right now doesn't work the way we want or can't figure out how to do it. Last site we had, w just typed in the code then put in the value and selected what products we wanted or we could chose all silicone cases or whatever it was. now we can't and need to Like to add a wibiya tool bar to the site [login to view URL] Our current site is [login to view URL] Site needs to be compatible with Mobile Devices, be neat to have a app on Android,Apple and Windows Market.
