Finish customizing and modify Wordpress Vantage directory theme, migrate existing directory

This project is to finish the project that a previous developer could not complete. Please read through this information carefully before bidding. I need a expert in Wordpress and very technical Wordpress customization and modification. Also someone very knowledgeable in mysql and PHP.

I own a well established web directory that I want to convert over to the Wordpress/Vantage theme platform. [login to view URL]

The site is currently built on a popular php/mySQL directory script and will need to be transitioned over to the custom Vantage theme.

We started with the Vantage theme and modified it heavily to function like the current directory. A child theme was created and about 75% functional. As much of the coding as possible needs to stay on the child theme, so future updates of the Vantage code will be easier, but some of the core code is already modified, Keeping in mind, most of the work is already done by the previous developer, but what remain are 2 main phases:

Phase 1. To complete the project that is about 75% completed

Phase 2. The transfer of the old site data. This part has not been started/

Milestones will be created and released when as each phase is done.

Phase 1 will include:

1. Small design/layout changes and refinements

2. Modify the payment/checkout system the previous developer created to function better. Implement price table plugin shown here: [login to view URL]

3. Troubleshoot a screenshot system that is not quite working correctly.

4. Troubleshoot/implement the email system. Have the code from the previous site, and the code the previous developer did.

Phase 2 will include:

Transitioning existing site data to the new site. Importing the 50,000+ listings in the mysql database into the new site, while preserving the link's expiration dates, featured link status etc. This can be exported in to a text file, there are no images or media to transfer. There is an importer in the Vantage theme, but it will probably need to be modified or customized to import the links. Also need to use the screenshot system in place to grab screenshots of all the imported links.

Please only bid if you are able to jump into a project that is already started and needs to get finished correctly and launched. I would like to find a long term contact person that can work on my directories. I own several more than need to be also converted, if this one goes well. I am looking for someone at an expert level in Wordpress, PHP/mySQL, no amateurs. Must do professional work with 100% usabilty and clean code.

--------The was the original job, posted below, just for your reference. Again, this is about 80% complete, and what is described in Phase 1 ----------------------

1. Modifying/customizing the existing theme as a new child theme to create a unique look for the directory. This will include styling changes, modifying layout, adding/removing elements from the existing theme. There will be modifications to the submission form and packages

2. Implementing a screenshot system, that will automatically take a screenshot of each websites submitted to the directory. You can implement an existing plugin if you can find one, or create a system for screenshots.

3. Creating a robust email system to do things like: send automatic emails upon new submission with upgrade links to upgrade to featured status, send auto emails to renew listings that are expiring, send auto reminders etc. (the renewals and reminder emails can be set up to run once a day on crons, the submission emails need to be send in real time). Not sure if the Vantage theme has email templates that can be modified. The existing directory has all these scripts in place, you might be able to modify that code for wordpress.
