ipmap website to enahce

Hi , this project is for [login to view URL] the is is already up we need to enhance it with more features. 1- attached a detailed picture of what we need , there are 2 ways to use site a- a user visits the sites and it detects his ip address , the in almost all boxes , there will be automatic results displayed about that city ... b- they can research any topic by searching in the box like current site 2- we need someone to enhance the map detection , for now , if i am in toronto , it shows sometimes the suburbs ,maybe where the ip is originating from , but we need to zero down on city .. i believe we are using free maxmind version now 3- the boxes will display some info as much as we can fit in the box , Read more will take the the right tab 4-lately i believe some sites changed query so we need your help in getting facebook , documents , blogs , etc search results right
