New Artist Music Website

Hello, I'm Taylor. I need a music artist website designed and built. I'm looking for a simple yet effective website that will showcase the artist music, videos and brand to the public. Site details: 1. I would like this site to be done in HTML5. 2. This site will be design heavy so digital artwork and graphics will be a must.(I have most of the artwork done already along with the concept) 3. I want to be able to update it myself so we do expect a beginner user friendly back system. 4. Homepage will be like [login to view URL] with a bar to swap between the feeds ( the section below the banner "Tour Dates in the sample link ) 5. This site will be >>> One Page Website Design built with HTML5 <<< 6. Navigation bar will come along with scrolling down the page. 7. News page is below Home and will show news in a grid-based structure, with a picture in a box and when hovered title of the news will be shown,and when clicked on it, a lightbox will open including the picture on left side, the title on the upper part and contents on the lower part, and will also show date below the content of the article. 8. About page is below News and will include a box with the page-turning style ( like your turn the pages of your book ) with the style of a book. 9. Music page is below About and will be a grid-based design, the artwork of the album will be shown and when clicked on it, lightbox will be opened, with the name of Album, Release Date, Record Label, and Tracks and Play button ( beside the track name ). 10. Media page is below Music and will be also a grid-based, the example will be like ( [login to view URL] ) 11. Store page is below Media and will include two pictures ( Merch picture and Music picture { both will link to other site } ) 12. 5 pages ( Home/News/About/Music/Media/Store { link to other site } ) 13. Site needs to be integrated with Twitter, Facebook, Google ( Mail and + ), Yahoo and Instagram for social login. When visitors login, the comment box will be automatically unlocked and can comment under news. 14. Jukebox and Mailing List ( both of them must popup when clicked on them ) 15. Register a .com domain for me (only domain name, not hosting as I already have hosting account) 16. Must also guarantee 3 time changes to the design if I am not satisfied to it. 17. Must provide a real live demo before coding the site. 18. Site needs to have great SEO and W3C compliant with cross browser for Mobile,iPhone,Windows,Mac, etc. Our main considering points for developers: *Please read all specs before bidding.
