One Page Website Build with App Potential

Hey Developers, This website is a simple, elegant but high quality one page website. It is meant to serve as a high quality advertisement for a children's book series and also serve as a preview page for a much larger website that will be launched on Nov. 1st. The webpage will feature some illustrations from the book series and characters welcoming visitors to come back for the official launch. It should also feature pictures of young children (ages 4-8) reading, talking to each other and working in class. It terms of overall look, since the webpage is basically serving as an advertisement for an educational book series it should look very professionally done but also child fun/friendly. The website also need to be designed so that it is easy for our marketing representatives to add/change text if need be and changes images. The webpage does also need to have a few other functions. 1) There need to be a simple user account registration where visitors can register a user name, password and store the following personal information: name, mobile # and email. This way we can send an email to the users reminding them of the official website launch. 2) It will need to have icons for 2 apps when the user clicks on the icon, it must run the app. The apps will be designed by another developer but there will be 3 and they will be showcased in the middle of the screen. The apps will be designed in javascript and php with a voice recognition api added to them. 3) There will also be an icon for a button that will play an audio clip when selected. The audio clip is a clip of the book being read and the icon for it should be next to the icons for the app and be of a similar style. 3) There will also be a .pdf file posted on the website for download (it is supplemental teachers notes for the first book). Please message me to provide a couple of sample web pages that you have done that would be related to overall look / style for the page described here OR provide a few sample web pages that demonstrate your vision of our web page and which you would use to base the design of our page off of. If you can provide an example of how you would use Flash animations or other visually appealing features to enhance the appearance of the advertisement, it would help us to consider your offer. We would like to choose the developer by 9 pm Friday (Seattle/Pacific Time Zone) so they can start immediately. The basic design/lay out for the web page needs to be up by 9pm Sept 27th. It needs to be fully completed (and free of bugs) by 11 pm Sunday Sept 30th. I will be available 7 days a week by email/skype and respond questions promptly, our budget for this web page is around $200. We may also consider the developer(s) for this web page to also do our larger web site to be launched on Nov 1st. Please look for the corresponding advertisement this weekend.
