PayPerDownload - FileIce or ShareCash Like Clone

I need a website similar to [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] The script should have the same basic functions the mentioned Pay Per Download website above. Users upload files and get a certain amount of cash whenever someone on the download page completes an offer through a gateway (iFrame inside gateway). Once the minimum payout has been reached, the user can click on a button while logged into his account to get paid through PayPal or other popular payment networks. The script should also have an admin panel, where you can manage the offers (links, country filter, the amount of money the uploader is paid whenever a user completes the offer through their download link), manage users (kick, ban, warn, message, show IP, country). The user should have a panel of its own ofcourse, were he can see his total of earned money. This page should've a cashout button as well. The theme/template must be easy to modify. It should look like [login to view URL] with a different colors and icons. The site should also be SEO friendly, and the uploaded files shouldn't be indexed by robots. I want a really nice layout like [login to view URL] The files that can be downloaded should've a report button which basically open a new window containing a webform were people can report copyrighted material. You must provide instructions on how to install the website to my desired hosting. You must also add in a feature where I can get all the surveys from, and how to get the surveys, like from CPALead, Adscend Media, etc. People that download the file in question should be offered and option to be a premium member. They pay a fee per month in order to avoid surveys and download files without filling out a survey. Affiliated will have to be compesated if they attracted the downloader.
