Simple Website and facebook page link

i am looking for a simple site created to hold a homepage with contact number, a before and after picture, a data capture page where they can enter for a 20% discount to create a database of customers, i would like it linked to my facebook page and possibly update my facebook page to look a bit better.
i dont want to spend a lot of money on this. its simple 2 - 5 hour job HTML or similar.
anyone who can get this ready within 3-5 days i will consider.

ok i am not sure what is better, i need a revamp on extremecleancarwash.co.uk CMSdynamic - depending on price. or standard HTML etc.
all i want is a nice fresh homepage linked to my facebook page, with a data capture form to collect name, email and phone numbers for any promotions i do. a price guide page, a testimonial page with slideshow of recent work and option for customer to leave comment / testimonial, Revive your drive / patio pawer washing page, with images before and after & prices, linked to facebook page, and contact us page.
i am unsure what is best way to do this, ems internet i have just renewed the domain, they have quoted me for complete redesign and also as previous customer its not too bad, so please advise on what you recommend for the ite to get it up to standard. i also have www.extremecleancarvalet.co.uk through local link up which is a keyword page, do i need this? or can keywords be added to my main site.
i can come on skype at some stage, just trying to get exact idea of timescale and also complete price.
