Web2print eccomerce site please

I require a web2print site with the following functionality 1. Online quoting system with option to print and email. 2. WYSIWYG for customers to design printed materials online (business cards, postcards, flyers, brochures, catalogues, banners). 3. Designs are stored on server as print-ready PDF files and in customer account for future reorders. 4. Customers are able to reorder their designed materials by going into their account. 5. Full e commerce system (billing, invoicing, customer login, customer history, import, export). 6. CMS to add/remove/edit pages. 7. Ability to add and remove templates. 8. Must create a 300ppi pdf 9. Paypal as the payment system I'm open to purchasing any existing/premade packages. Please provide links to similar websites if you've made any. I would like to host the website on my own server and would need the full source code. A deposit will be placed in ESCROW and NOT released until you have advanced SEVERAL stages in your work.
