I need help to build my website.

I can do all the ASP stuff, but don't have an "artistic" side. I need to have a "skeleton" home page done in the "tab" style. Basically a blank page with a banner at the top including the logo and links. Together we can discuss best choice of professional layout for my site. In you bid let me know when you can start and when you expect to have it done. Also, let me know your ideas how to make this a very good website.
