Wanted: a VB6 or .NET program that works with my site

hi, I am looking for a VB6 or VB.NET program that would work with my website. Basically, its meant to be an offline interface to my SQL server backend db. Its meant to connect to my site and retreive certain table values. 1. a Pin number 2. Serial number These would be stored offline in a database. from my SQL db, which would make it available to it via a stored proceedure. lastly, it would keep a record of the values retrieve for offline viewing and to be able to print to a POS terminal (POS= Point of sales) e.g. [[login to view URL]][1] POS or any other POS available Please contact me asap rgds Ehi Obaze ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
