Bootstrap Html Css into Magento 1.9 Clean Code

We have a requirement to code the attached HTML Bootstrap into magento for the purpose of ecommerce. Magneto will be set by the freelancer to run with memcache. The modules installed by the freelancer will be -Lestifpc -stripe paymants -amazon checkout (official) -Meanbee royal mail shipping prices They are all free and ready for 1.9 Paid modules are -Sushit by fishpig There will be a blog, either by a blog module or wordpress and intergrated using fishpig. We will import the header and footer directly into wordpress this is the best way or we can use a blog extension. A banner manager for the home page, that can handle single or mulitple slides. The JS, CSS and HTML will need to be minified to get a good google insights score. Product page - will have product zoom with pop up image and smaller gallery images in the pop for the user to select. Add to cart will have a pop up ajax confirmation and a drop down menu, see html files attached and check [login to view URL] for a similar effect. Code as before should be simple and clean as attached and coded to score well in google insights. You will code on apache but we will move the site to nginx, We magneto fully working on the server with nginx so this will not be a problem in terms of configuration.
