Wordpress Template/pages

Dear Designer,

I have been building a website using WP Premium Theme and need help accomplishing a few design template/pages.

1) On the homepage toward the end of the page, you will find:

RESOURCES FOR EMPOWERING AND CONNECTING. The current design is pre-defined as most recent post-portfolio. I would rather have simple/static pages where postings can be created. I would like to maintain the magazine look/style on the home page. Each thumbnail page would be designed based on features as shown in attachment.

2-When you click on ENTREPRENEURSHIP TAB, it takes you to a page with the same images. My intention is to have a magazine style page with 4 column thumbnails. When clicked they take you to a simple page/post where I will be providing posting etc...

3-If possible at this stage we can also go ahead and configure the COLLABORATION TOOLS with WP free plugins for chat room/forum and online meeting:

Conferencing plugin:

(I am looking for a forum where only the admin create categories where members are registered members
