Create a wordpress webpage template with a search engine from an specific database. The database from we are going to extract the data to run our engine is call "RETS". All Real Estate agents place their listings (properties to sell) in this database using a web software called "MLS" that feeds the database "RETS". For us in order to access "RETS" you have to download one of the following softwares: They are all free and examples are LibRETS, VieleRETS, RETS Connector, ez-RETS but there are many to pick from.
