World Cup 2010 website - (use CMS ?)

NOTE: THIS PROJECT IS DELAYED UNTIL JULY.? WE WONT PICK A CODER UNTIL LATE JUNE.? SORRY FOR THE DELAY.? YOUR BIDS ARE STILL WELCOME.

We want a website developed that will be used to advertise the world cup 2010 held in south africa.

the site will need to be updatable by non-web developers, therefore it is suggested that joomla is used, but any method could be used to deliver the website if you wish.

the website should include:

1. google and other ads

2. news feed (related to the world cup, travel, accommodation)

3. fun things like polls, maybe a photo gallery, YouTube videos

4. and countdown timer on the front page

The website will grow over time.? This bid is therefore to build, just 2 pages:

1. The front page, as shown in the image here

2. one other page whose structure will be provided but basically be more about image/video and text content e.g. a story/article

plus

3. a foundation for building the site further e.g. like joomla would provide.

PLEASE BID your PRICE and TIME SCALE to DEVELOP; and please also provide ONLY 3 relevant previous websites you have done before.
