Hi, I am assuming the actual banking piece of this is already written - i.e. we are not building a banking platform for under 5,000. That said, I have extensive experience writing, documenting and TESTING api's in PHP. We would document the api, build a mock stub of it, and then write the supporting code to completion. - I will build the api in a basic RESTful approach.. i.e.: /payments/add, /account/edit/400 - I will build the api on top of a stable, proven framework - either Laravel 5, or Zend Framework 2. - I will thoroughly unit test the code - I will start with documentation so you have a fully documented api from the beginning - with English as my first language, this will be valuable - I will build the project in a Vagrant environment for easy deployment and portability - Code will be documented in english and hosted in a git repository ----- Requirements from Developer - please provide all documentation you have for backend - please provide requirements for api as you understand them - be available between 6pm - 12am EST (or by Skype appointments) Monday - Friday and Some Saturday/Sunday if needed - Be available to review progress and sign off on documentation and mock objects
