Add Some Validation and Custom Fields to OpenDocMan

I have customized opendocman to a specific project, and its working without any problems, I added some custom fields which are

Seller Country

Buyer Country

Issue Date

COC Number

Comm Inv. No.

I need to make these fields required through javascript, and create a regual expression to validate date, COC Number, and Comm Inv No.
