Administration of SMS program based on Perl and SQL DB

I have some 16 port Wavecom gsm gateways which can accept AT commands and are connected to 5 pc’s (4-6 each) We have a server (centos 6.5) which has SQL DB that hold's data to be sent and processed. We have pc’s(windows) with a simple perl script program installed they do the following: read sim card id send sms using information from a mysql db (installed on main server) read sms write information to mysql db from sms received Set speed of sms. We have a web based gui interface to the sql db installed on the server. We use this to load data, set limits and set times. I require tech support and the person needs to understand the setup and be able to install this in new pc’s as an when required. The work is quite simple for the right person. This is an ongoing contract which has been running for over 3 years to date, so will be long term. We require same day response from the tech support. Please bid your monthly price for tech support.
