Arabic portal –wordpress+PHP+mysql - open to bidding

hello Wael, i have this project which i woudl like you to work on please: I would like to build a website for journalists. Code must be included on Wordpress. please read attachments for more details. The developer will only have to create one task in phase one: add, edit, and display journalists. Will provide data and files to the developer once the project is awarded. I will create and pay only a fixed $50 milestone just to make sure all is good. Then I will create two milestone for the rest of the amount. Sorry but I have had two bad experiences here and do not want to loose time or efforts again. So whoever is interested, please create three milestones as explained above. Thank you Requirements and features: PHP mysql: Forms submit to an SQL database tables Divided into phases.
