Assist with Project Management

In the process of first phase of building opencart site Looking for consultant with experience in ecommerce development to provide a total of 2-3 hours worth of work to help us better oversee and manage our project by advising on anything that may be essential to operational viablity, following up on development and testing: - grasp our current outline - add any other essentials that may have been missed out - build action plan/task list for quickest completion route, based on what was already done - Advise on cost and labour - Advise on any potentially useful modules that can be added - Monitor workflow/progress - Test for quality assurance Contractor would not need to follow up all the time, just advise at the beginning, organize all the tasks and then check back with us twice to insure correct execution.
