Basic HTML formatting/adjustment needed on a single webpage

We require basic adjustments done for the webpage such as formatting the images correctly. and ensuring search box links correctly. Also need to have a small PHP script that edits the date value after every few days. This is a quick tasks that will not take long hence budget of $20. Ned completed as soon as possible.
