Build Authentication landing page with facebook, twitter, custom form, etc

Hello all freelancers, First of all please read and understand the requirements. I prefer Romanian freelancers. I need to build a landing page, where the authentication form will be dynamically displayed based on some database fields. The form should display only chosen authentication method ( or many ). I have already the design. I have already the datbase with data populated. I have already the framework to connect to database and i use PostgreSQL. I will pay only upon project completion. I will provide detailed instructions via Skype or any other methods. I need this asap, so i don't accept teams, i accept only individual freelancers. Please bid the cost and time. The main idea is like this : If there is a field poplated in database then show a like button, if there is other field, show a custom form, etc. Note that there is a complex schema to do here, not just a simple form. Also the data got from facebook should be saved into database. I will report as spam all generic queries. Please respond only with relevant data.
