Build a Landing Page/Lead Capture Page in Wordpress

I require a landing page/lead capture page in Wordpress for my client in the luxury mens' clothing business. The objective of this landing page is to enable visitors to sign up for an appointment. The signup form will need to be integrated with Mailchimp, and then the visitor will be redirected to Calendly to make the appointment. The landing page will include: headline, content, the mailchimp form, a picture of my client, and several testimonials. I will provide these to the qualified vendor. This is an extremely easy job for a qualified person. However, because this is a luxury site it must also look very attractive. I am including several examples of successful landing page designs. Please do not bid on this project if you do not understand what a landing page is, or if you are unable to handle Mailchimp integration, or if you do not know what an attractive website looks like.
