Build a Website

I am having a shop website based on the latest version of Wordpress and Woocommerce plugin. What i want to achieve is: 1. Customers to add orders to the cart normally. 2. They proceed to checkout page normally. 3. I want them when they fill in their details and click on "Place order" to complete it to be redirected (BEFORE woocommerce proceeds the order) to a page with contract that includes contract terms , details for the customer and the product they added to the cart as well as any custom fields i added to the check out form also with e-signature based on customers name in the check out page. 4. After they sign/Approve the contract they should be taken to back to woocommerce page to click on check out/order now button to complete the order (Signing the contract part should be a click on button on the contract page that will get the customer to just click "Approve" and their e-signature will be added to their pdf contract that will be emailed to them in next steps) 5. The contract page should be highly customized and very easy to manage and make changes for non coders with the ability to add the logos on the top and so on. 6. Integrating an e-signature to the contract that will be sent to the customer based on their name in the check out page is a must. 7. After the customer completes the order they should get email (Highly customized and easy to manage for non coders template) with few lines in it (Will be added when it is ready) and with the signed contract attached as pds with the customer e-signature, order details, some custom fields , branding and logos. 8. A copy of the contract mentioned in step 7 should go to specific email address (The email for the team in the company that will handle the order) 9. The above requirements will be for a template website that will be copied over and over for each product scheme (So separate websites) 10. Documentation of how to handle the above and points and customize them in different schemes and websites (Every scheme will have different logos, different contracts and different WP and Woocommerce installation) Uploaded 3 screenshots for how the contract page, the contract attached pdf, and the email to the customer and admin after putting the order looks like.
