I am looking to build a web application that will allow users to create an account and unique profile. The users can post stories to a timeline that is assigned to a county within the US. All other users can view the recent activity within their county. The website will be database driven. I will create all design and will be responsible for testing. This will eventually lead to a product that will have a very large profit potential. I am willing to give equity ownership in exchange for development.
