Build a Website ( the website is already good ) just add more features

Hello ,

i have the a website ( built in php if i am not wrong ) but it's not Online Yet but it looks a lot similar to this one [url removed, login to view] like [url removed, login to view]

i want to turn it into a social and dating website or Social and (meeting new Friends) website .

functions that i want to add

(horizontal tabs )

A- in profile page i want to add the following functions

1- Wall tab ( where user can post his posts and share what is on his mind/doing like facebook )

2- about tab ( like facebook )

3- the existing ( question and answer wall ) should be in a tab too

4- another tab that have the asked questions where each question have up and down arrow ( like reddit ) the arrows manage how important is that question according to the user's friends/followers and of course the highest number should be on the top of this page and the rest of the questions are arranged gradually under it ( according to each question's point/vote ) ---- that feature should be an optional function which means the user should be able to disable the function from his account settings ----

5- another 2 tabs ... 1st for shared photos from tagged social networks ( like facebook , instagram ) and the 2nd from shared tagged videos (( properly public videos and photos only ))

secondly on the side tabs

(vertically under the profile pic )

1-likes tab ( user can add name and add up to 5 stars how much they like it ) ( maybe can grab it from facebook page's titles/links that the users have liked/fan of , like tinder app )

2- similar tab for movies

3- similar tab for music

dating / meeting new friends functions will be similar to Tinder using the same profile/account information with good interface .

basically

1- not allowed to talk to a stranger or chat with them if they didn't like there public info (( public info means basic info + some of the selected embedded pics from social networks ))

2- search by location , gender , online or not and by likes ( arrange the list of people form the more common to the less while showing them to the user )

3- limited number of Likes daily (100)
